Orderly has allowed me to keep track of all of my costs and ingredients in a streamlined way. It’s also allowed my offsite bookkeeping to integrate pretty seamlessly into it to check invoices and pay bills. I’m able to check the data on a daily basis which has been helpful as it saves me time on a personal level and also saves on labor costs.
Able to cost compare
It’s been really great to have automation of our inventory and invoices. Sysco and US Food can input invoices directly into the system which has been incredibly helpful. It’s really easy–you just snap a picture of any other invoice that doesn’t automatically dump into the system and Orderly will manually input them by line item. The price tracker is a feature we use daily. This has really saved us a lot of time with machine learning inventory. Plus, an algorithm best predicts your current inventory based on past data. I’m also able to cost compare with my vendors and the industry as a whole so I’m seeing what everyone else is paying for things.
