The ability to customize this has been such a great asset and experience for our restaurant. Their customer support is also really great. Seriously, this has been such a game changer for us. We can make updates in real time and now that we’re using it during the pandemic (we’ve been using it for awhile) we can now offer curbside pickup and to-go ordering for our customers without interfering with our workflow!

Great asset for us

Great customer service! They always follow through with any questions we have and it feels like we never even have to wait to be helped. As far as the product, Numa is pretty easy to setup and use. Our employees really like it and it’s easy for the customer as well. This has really alleviated our hosts from always having to stop what they’re doing to answer a phone call that, let’s be honest, is usually about hours of operation. Changing operating times can be annoying, especially since staffing is such an issue and sometimes we have to close early, because I have to change everything instead of just the one thing.
