Upon moving to Nashville, TN, Rachel spent eight years working with Gaylord Hotel, later managed by Marriott, working as a bartender and gaining firsthand experience in restaurant and beverage operations. She then transitioned to a local beverage distributor, where she spent nearly four years before moving into restaurant technology. At Toast, she started in sales before becoming a Customer Success Manager, helping SMB to mid-market restaurant groups across the U.S. optimize their operations. She later worked in B2B alcohol e-commerce, managing distributor accounts nationwide.
Now at Back of House, Rachel combines her deep industry knowledge with hands-on experience to help restaurant operators find and implement the right technology solutions. With a career spanning both front-line restaurant roles and cutting-edge tech solutions, she understands the daily challenges operators face and is passionate about helping them streamline operations, reduce costs, and drive success with the right tools
