Tapping Into AI To Streamline Operations
Struggling to manage the overwhelming number of phone orders at his predominantly take-out pizzeria, Scott Jasman, owner of Dee's Pizza Pad in Prescot, Michigan, was toying with the idea of using AI to improve efficiency. With labor costs rising and a goal to shift customers toward online ordering, Scott knew that the right AI solution would not only streamline operations, but also reduce his staffing needs.
