Marylise has over ten years of experience in the restaurant industry, having served in various roles across both the front and back of house, including in the kitchen, wait service, and management. Prior to joining the Back of House team, Marylise spent 2 years as a sales representative with AB InBev and 3 years as the Director of Hospitality Accounts at an AI company, all of which helped her gain a deep understanding of both the operational and technological aspects of the restaurant industry.
Driven by a passion for helping restaurants optimize their operations, empower their teams, and reach business goals to achieve long-term success, she is eager to pass her insights and expertise on to Back of House customers. Based in Quebec and fluent in both French and English, Marylise is able to serve operators all across North America.
