Spencer Michael (moderator) is a Tech Expert at Back of House and an industry veteran who has been immersed in the restaurant world since childhood. He’s worn every hat in the business — from busboy to bartender to manager. He’s a Restaurant Advisor at Back of House now and helps restaurants owners understand how technology can help to cut costs, maximize profitability, and stay innovative especially in challenging times.

Hauke Feddersen (speaker) is the VP of Operations at Precitaste, a company building the ultimate Smart Kitchen platform. With 1,750+ food AI systems deployed in the past two years, PreciTaste is a proven platform for prep, planning, and food station assistance, setting the standard for food AI management in the foodservice industry.

Kathleen White (speaker) is the Customer Marketing Manager, Ohio Valley Division at Gordon Food Service. With 16 years of industry experience, she's spent the last 14 years at Gordon Food Service, in various roles in marketing and sales. Currently, she leads a dynamic team of restaurant consultants, chefs, product experts, and menu designers, leveraging their collective expertise to drive client success.
