Nothing bad to say
Usually when people write a review, it’s because they’ve had a bad experience with something. But, I have nothing negative to say about Upserve. Whenever we have a problem, the customer service is available 24/7 and they’re always able to relieve the situation. They’re incredibly professional and informative. They don’t make you feel stupid or small like some customer service people do. They have always gone above and beyond the call of duty for us.
Anyone can do it
This is a restaurant “must have”. The sales team was honest and straight forward throughout the whole process and implementing Upserve into my restaurant was relatively easy. There are great analytics, here, that are imperative to a successful restaurant. Literally anyone can figure their way around this POS, it’s that easy to use! I love how everything is cloud-based so you can edit menu items on the fly from anywhere when you’re not on site. The fact that it is app-based is key to the savings you see as you never have to worry about paying to update your system.
