Ease of Use
Easy access is key
Love that they have an app to access them. Call or text, fill out a form, whatever is best for you, they abide by it. It’s really great to have access to them 24/7 because things sometimes just break and instead of having to deal with the independent vendors myself, they do it all for me. I feel like I can breathe!
They take texts!
One of my fave things about Science On Call is that I can text them! I hate talking on the phone and it’s just so inconvenient to do that while I’m running around doing a million things. To be able to text my issue and have someone get back to me right away is amazing! We’ve had a lot of tech issues lately, so I’ve been using them a lot. They’re always really friendly and helpful and have consistently helped me out in a pinch. Definitely a big fan!
