Ease of Use
This software has been a lifesaver. We can now put in all of our data needed for inventory and it gives us the proper ordering amounts. It’s like magic. Fair warning, it took a bit to get everything set up, but it’s totally worth it in the end. They have great customer service who took all of our initial information and entered it into the system. I love the inventory sheets. They’re very organized and allows me to put supplies into different “rooms”. I use an iPad to take inventory, and it’s easy to do this process with it. We haven’t used this yet, but there is the ability to adjust pars based on sales. The goal here is to never run out but also not over spend, so this could be really helpful once we start using it.
So far, Orca is the best inventory app I’ve ever used and that’s across companies that I’ve worked for. It’s really easy to use and great for keeping track of weekly budgets and forecasting sales and trends.
