Very helpful customer service

Really appreciate the DoorDash online ordering integration as this is something we use all the time. There’s great customer support and everyone there is helpful at resolving any questions or issues that arise for us. This is a really easy system to use, which is great for new hires.

Pretty good system

Pretty good experience. We’ve had a few bumps in the road: sometimes there are price increases or fees that I feel aren’t broadcast to us very well (or at all). Their customer service is good, though, because everytime I call them out on this our rep handles the situation with ease and is very prompt and professional. Though, they recently restructured their pricing tiers and now we pay less for the same service! We’ve been using this system for many years. We’ve integrated more and more of their products like KDS and card processing. The ease of using an iPad is nice along with the different color icon options, categories available, table organization, etc. It is a hard signing process and customers have complained about this. Even still, I’m not looking to change anytime soon.
