Ease of Use
We finally updated to this! EBE has helped us considerably by organizing our daily client interactions. We can organize things so much more easily now with event leads, our calendar, payments, contracts, et al. The reports are excellent and the customer support is incredible! They have such a quick turnaround time with responses. Everything is really user friendly which is great because I’m not great with tech. Learning, though! Great software. No complaints.
This product has pretty much everything you need for customer and event management interactions. Plus, they’re constantly updating the software which shows me that they really care about putting out the best product possible. Sometimes I’m a little overwhelmed by the complexity of it but I think that’s just because there is so much functionality. I haven’t learned everything I can do with it yet. The customer service is outstanding. Anytime I have a question, they follow up pretty immediately. Really happy with that.
