David brings over 12 years of hands-on experience in the food and beverage industry, including launching and operating six restaurants across the U.S. His journey began in 2012 at a flea market in NYC, where he built his first concept into three brick-and-mortar locations and a thriving corporate catering company under the ReCaFo (Real Caribbean Food) brand. In 2018, he expanded to Los Angeles, opening three more restaurants—JamaFo Express, Jamin Vegan, and JamaFo Catering—where he scaled unit revenues from zero to $1 million in year one and $3 million by year three.
With a deep understanding of what it takes to launch, grow, and sustain restaurant businesses, David now helps operators optimize operations, drive profitability, and scale smartly in a tech-forward industry.
