Dan has spent his professional career working in the restaurant industry. He started out as a dishwasher but is a trained chef and restaurant owner in the Denver area. Prior to opening his own restaurant, Dan served as the F&B Director at The American Club in Singapore, served as the Chief Operating Officer of MENU restaurant group in Singapore, and was the sous chef at Brasserie Z and Zenith in Denver.
With over 30 years of hospitality experience under his belt, Dan has accumulated a lot of knowledge that he can pass along to other operators.
